This is Sunday morning when main roads are shut down to allow Bogota residents to get out and move. They do something similar to this in LA. It was really fun and such a good vibe. We were tired from our 22 hr travel day plus 8,000 ft. altitude change so we laid low. We enjoyed bubbles at the park nearby. Lots of European travelers here!
